The Nounou Design studio and production facilities are in the Nuutajärvi Glass Village, about 2 hours from Helsinki.
I am currently in the process of renovating a new studio space, which will in the near future (spring 2009) house majority of production processes as well as a showroom/gallery. Info and images coming up as soon as the space is ready!
In the Glass Village the local glassmakers and designers also run a glass cooperative called Lasikomppania
(official name is Nuutajärven lasitaitajat ry), which owns and rents out the hotworking facilities. These are also available for visiting artists. All blown items by Nounou Design are made in the cooperative hotshop.
